Budget (including currency): 2000€ +/- 200€

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming, upgrading for a good Starfield, Cyberpunk experience.

Monitors: 2 (1x1440p; 1x1080p)

My Setup idea so far

PCPartPicker Part List: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/kQrs6r

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2 GHz 8-Core Processor  (€447.99 @ Mindfactory)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock 2 Black CPU Cooler  (€39.47 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Motherboard: Asus PRIME B650-PLUS ATX AM5 Motherboard  (€172.34 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-5600 CL36 Memory  (€103.39 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive  (€129.90 @ Alternate)
Video Card: PowerColor RX 7900 XT 20G Radeon RX 7900 XT 20 GB Video Card  (€798.90 @ Alza)
Case (not optional): Fractal Design North ATX Mid Tower Case  (€126.35 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Power Supply: Corsair RM750e (2023) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply  (€117.28 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Total: €1935.62

My current PC: Ryzen 5 3600x , 3060ti 8gb, 16gb ram

This will (hopefully) be my first self build pc. I want to be able to run games at 1440p at high/ultra settings. I tried to research everything on my own but not really sure about my results. If this to much/ not enough or complete bs  for my goals I am happy about any and all criticism, tips, feedback

We can get a 7900 xtx in this budget
