IM ON A OLD MAC AND IS GETTING A SETUP HELPPP(I have a 2008 MAC and it can't run NOTHING!!!!!)

Budget (including currency): 1000-1500$ USD

Country: America

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Streaming,Editing,VR and normal pc gaming for pretty hardcore games

Other details (don't have any parts yet,I need my keyboard mouse and monitor but I'm willing to go over my budget for a monitor , its like a 2008 Mac can only run YouTube at like 480 slowly , Now until September 3rd which is my birthday but I can only get one thing and I'm planning on that being the final thing I need so I wanted it to be a GPU so it has to be less then like 650, and I wanna be able to play 4k but ill settle at 1440p and I also want 144hz or above(I like all white setups) SS is what I have rn but I don't feel like its the best bang for my buck.
