gpu GPU No Display

Hi everyone, first time posting here, actually made an account here because I am so desperate at this point. Recently I built my dream PC after graduating college and I had it for all of two days before my custom water loop leaked all over the motherboard and GPU (totally my fault, even though I did try to stress test it for over a day for leaks). So I tried to clean everything the best I could with IPA, and fortunately everything seems to power up fine, except I get no display out of the GPU and the white light on the motherboard is on (meaning issue with VGA). I took the card to Microcenter and they told me that they can’t get it to display anything either, I really don’t want to send it in for RMA, does anyone have any idea what could possibly be the issue? Or how I could fix it? The RGB powers up fine, the lights on the PCB turn on, and the fans run fine as well. Any help is super duper appreciated. Thank you for looking.

What case is that BTW?

I wasn’t sure if there was anywhere I should specifically focus on cleaning with IPA for this issue, but I think you are right about sending for RMA. And this is the White Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo. It’s super nice and big and has some of the best cable management routing I have seen in a case. They make an XL version too.

Edit: Do you have any idea what they would charge me for the repair? Or if it’s something they could repair at all? Or if they will find out that I spilt coolant on it and that is the reason for these problems q_q
