New build problems

Hi

Just did a nervous build and all was working fine for 4 days. Today I went to move files to another drive and it froze in window explorer and would not stop. Tried task manager it would not stop it. Used the restart from the  clt alt del screen and it restarted and the circle started spinning and stays there. Tried booting from a usb with windows 11 on it and it just sticks at a blue screen. Help as I said it worked great did not change anything now this.
