I have one intake fan in front of my case, and other is SMPS fan which might be blowing outside. i one is cpu fan which also blows outside it is a vertical one not stock cooler. So should I install one more fan on my side panel of case for intake or out take, the reason is lot of dust inside my case is building up.

Its not easy to picture just from a description, do you have any photos so we can see what is going and what you have space to change?

Most modern cases for example have the SMPS completely independent of the case airflow, sucking air from outside and blowing it back outside.

Personally I have made a point of getting cases that come with good dust filters or have space to fit magnetic ones externally to minimise dust.

What case are you using? Are the intakes filtered?

PC specs please.

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

Micro ATX case without any intake filters

You need filters to keep dust out. Adding fans and increasing airflow will increase dust accumulation without filtration.

You can try adding dust filters to the intakes or swap to a different case that comes with bundled filters to reduce dust accumulation.

What about if I add a outflow fan ?

If Outflow exhaust fans exceed the pressure and flow of intake fans, you'll get more dust.

But as I said I don't have any exhaust fans just one big intake fan which is installed at front, one SMPS and system fan

An exhaust in the back is definitely good

Well my cpu cooler acts as out fan it throws air outside,if I install a fan at back there is no use as cpu fan allready throwing out air.

You can check my fan and cpu cooler pics attached this is all I have in my m-atx case with just one big intake fan in front

Neither of those are case exhaust fans. The first is the power supply, and that fan is to keep it cool. The second is the CPU cooler... does it blow up or down?

Is the side panel fan across from it or on the right side of the case? Does the SMPS blow in or out?

It wouldn't decrease dust accumulation. Dust filters are what reduces dust accumulation.

Depending on your flow rates and case setup you could have a lot of hot exhaust spilling around into the rest of the case. In past experiments where I removed the rear exhaust, I saw significantly higher VRM and CPU temps during bench marks and gaming.
