I completed my build 6750xt 13600k what should I do now? Update wise?

not to my knowledge. the computer doesn't NEED anything , other than basic security updates provided it's connected to the internet.

if the machine isn;t connected to the internet then it doesnt need any updates at all

Usually don't actually need the chipset drivers for Intel, Windows will grab the right ones. Tis just Ryzens that really need them, due to how the Ryzen chips behave + it including the Ryzen-optimized Windows Power Plan. 

 

Basically just grab your GPU drivers to ensure you're up to date (Windows usually fetches out of date ones) and you should be good to go, no need to muck about further unless you run into issues.
