Gainward wont honor any warranty

When I tried to honor my warranty on my 3060 ti which broke after 5 months. When I went on their support page all they said was they only provide support for the distributors but the place I got the card from is gainward. Is there anything I can do to help.

Fyi,  to get a response from someone, either quote them or use their name with @, like this: @RevGAM.

 

You call them up, inform the agent, who can't do much, that you got the card from them and that you must speak to a supervisor because the card is broken. If the sup won't help,  call again and demand a manager.  And so on. If they tell you there's no one else, then you need to call their headquarters directly and ask for a director of customer support. Keep climbing until you get satisfaction. Where are you?

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂
