Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): No Peripherals I will have 3 Monitors all 1920x1080 running at 60hz 


I am not in a rush to upgrade anything but I would like to as I have owned this computer for around 5+ years and I'm just looking at my options

if you play beamng drive i would probably upgrade your ram to 32gb and highest speed for ddR4.

your gpu is quite solid for the games you play on mid settings but if you want higher quality upgrade your gpu as well. oh and forza 5 can be quite taxing on certain systems.

do you get any consistent lag spikes or fps drop in your games at all?

In VR I get lag spikes pretty often and In Forza its not as often but Its very noticeable when it does happen

Absolutely. Id put the 350 into a quick upgrade to 13400F with a pretty decent 10 phase board instead but this is also decent.

The recommedations below my post would be solid options for fixing the lag spikes and issues

just make sure to get the best pricing possible when buying those parts or others ones!
the 6750XT would defineitly get your system going towards better performance if the lag is GPU related. 

i assume it's a gpu problem since forza 5 has some history with that sorta stuff.

could i ask what video/graphics presets do you use in forza?
