automation Alarm automations from calendar events

I'm trying to figure out how to set my phone alarm clock based on my Outlook calendar.

 

My job has variable hours every day, and I usually have to set my alarm clock in the evening based on when my first appointment of the day will be. It takes exactly 50 minutes between waking up and getting to work, so I always set my alarm 1 hour before my first calendar event of the day.

 

It's that action, creating and enabling an alarm based on my Outlook calendar, that I want to automate.

 

I use Tasker for a few automations already, but IFTTT and other automations apps are on the table if Tasker is the wrong app for this.

 

Has anyone done this before? Google isn't showing anything other than turning up Outlook notification volume, which isn't ideal.
