Hey,

I got a Dior Homme Sport 2021 bottle and I scratched the inside of the cap trying to clean it because I want to sell it.

I won't be able to set a reasonable price because of the scratches. This is a Dior, people care. Is there any way I can fill up those scratches and fix them? It's not exactly easy to access the inside of the cap and the thing is quite small but the first thing people do to check if it's authentic is look inside the cap for the Dior bee.

Any help is appreciated,

Thanks.

You could try car polishing compound like Meguiar’s PlastX, but I wouldn’t use anything that leaves a film or coating if that surface can contact food.

Whatever you try, make sure you wash it thoroughly afterward.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

you can try to polish the inside of the cap with toothpaste and a soft cloth but i doubt u can get anything but extremely superficial scratches out that way.

It might also make the material go from glossy to frosted looking.

Don't be a dick and try to pretend the bottle is in a better condition than it actually is. In certain countries you might even get into legal trouble if you sell a damaged product and try to mask the damage...
