Power cycling

I did a bunch a test to see what's causing this and the only thing I manage to get was when I removed the cmos battery, pc wouldn't even turn on tried everything to see if it would turn on but nothing. If I add the battery back in  it does start again however it still power cycle. I wanted to be sure this is a motherboard issues first before getting on a new one. Power supply is fine did the test for it and gpu too and of course the ram as well. The only left is the motherboard. 
 

 

 (Fixed now, seems motherboard died idk how lol)
