Looks like a very clean and decent setup, I dont see much wrong here.  I would personally go with a Corsair RM850x over the Gigabyte PSU, its just better quality.
I would also order one 120 or 140mm fan for the rear to help exhaust hot air, the case comes with 2 front fans only.
Other than that, I'd say go for it 🙂

I do need the monitor since my 2nd monitor just died.

I see you changed to CPU cooler, memory, PSU and memory what where your reasons? Its not that Im being stubborn but more that I want to understand why so I can learn.

cpu cooler since it performs the same for less and looks better. Memory as the lower latency on my ram really helps on AM5 and 6000 cl30 is the sweet spot for AM5 and the psu for future upgrades and its a good priced one

I picked that RAM since I heard AMD EXPO is what I needed to look for and this one was listed. For G.Skill the Trident Z5 Nero is listed on their website.  (https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/expo) is that anything to consider?

And honestly some choices where because I couldn't find the exact item on anything else than Amazon, and the seller who sells via Amazon looked a little sketchy to me.

<- OS drive

It doesn't make sense, partitioning or just keeping it as is fine unless if you have specific IT need for a dedicated OS drive.
