The NVENC encoder in Nvidia GPUs make Nvidia cards a very compelling choice for anybody looking to do game streaming. Intel's cards might also be worth considering once Twitch adopts AV1 encoding and Intel gets their drivers sorted. It also depends a lot on the price category whether or not the AMD or Nvidia card in that price category is better in gaming, and it can also depend on which games are being played and at what resolution.
I'm not saying whether to go Nvidia or AMD or Intel - it's pointless commenting on that 12 months in advance - but it's also pointless to completely ignore half of the market because you think one company is your friend. AMD, Intel, and Nvidia don't care about you. They want your money. Give your money to the company that can offer you the most for your money.

indded, most compeling options are intel and amd tho, i have noting against nvidia, only their greedy boss and their practicves, they could have done so much more with the 40 series cards, amd too but they have a track record of fixig things with fdrivers
