First time building a PC

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Will be mainly used for games and video editing.

Other details No peripherals are needed, I am going to be ordering the parts within a week or when I am finally set on the build. I have a 1440p monitor with 170 HZ refresh rate. I think I am set on buying the 7900 XTX Power Color Hellhound which I found for 1000 euros and looking for advice for the rest of the build. The weather is very hot here, so I would like a CPU which is powerful but would not be overheating.

A bit over budget but will be nice

If it's too expensive get a 7700 instead of the 7800X3D

Moot point, all major NLE OpenCL support is quite terrible and id avoid AMD if you heavily uses it. But if this is just casual editing and you mainly concern with gaming, then you should mostly be fine.

You can squeeze in a 4070Ti instead but honestly 300 euro extra for only 15% uplift with no VRAM upgrade to increase longevity is so insulting i think id rather use those 300 euro to send a bunch of picket sign of "4070Ti sucks" to Santa Clara.
