Laptop suggestions please

I haven't purchased a computer since my ancient Surface Pro 4. I'm looking to buy a new laptop and want something current high end. I'm attaching an alienware build I put in my cart. Any pros and cons, or better suggestions for similar price range would be appreciated.  Let's say $5,000 max budget

Asus, Lenonvo, and Razer all make laptops with 4090s. They all seem to have better screens. 

I'm not someone that'd ever buy a gaming laptop, but I'm fully aware of all the bs surrounding Dell and Alienware, with Alienware being a brand I'd never want to use.

 

But yeah, with that kind of horsepower, it I consider 1440p or greater like 4K to be the minimum that it should have, especially for that price.

There was 2 display choices. I chose the higher price not knowing any better. I think the cheaper is a higher resolution but lower refresh rate let me go check.

These are the 2 choices for display. I won't really be gaming so which is better?

I changed the display to the slightly cheaper higher resolution display and upped the storage to 4tb. A sales representative got me a very slight discount. I hope it's a decent laptop.
