Gaming Problem 13 Generation

Hello guys I hope you can help me I'm really desperate and don't know any solution I have an i9 13900kf and a 4090 ram 64 GB sticks my games run very smoothly for 5 minutes but after that you feel the mouse movement changes very heavy and it  feels like i'm playing with 60 hz all of a sudden do you maybe have a solution what could be the reason i'm really crying but just want to play

Yes, bios is the newest and xmp is also on, I've already tested all xmp

Temps ? Could be throttling, the 13900K is a nuclear furnace

Ok first of all, when posting here please post full system specs, motherboard, cpu, ram speed etc. Could it be because you got a Asus motherboard and is using Armoury crate? (the spawn of evil software from Asus). Go to BIOS and disable armoury crate, save and exit (F10), after reboot. Go to and download Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool https://www.asus.com/supportonly/armoury crate/helpdesk_download/

50C on a 13900 with a game open is bascicaly imposible.

I have not installed Armory Crate, it always asks me when I reinstall windows, then I click on no, do not install

asus still has a backlogged software or files running in the background anyways, if this pops upo to install then the installer is on tr pc, delete it
