CPU: Ryzen 9 7900x

So basically I just want to know does it look like any of these components would be conflicting together in this build?

Also any other GPU Recomendations? I don't necessarily need anything that crazy as what I have listed I just need 4 monitors

CPU cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 50.5 CFM CPU Cooler

Board: Gigabyte X670 AORUS ELITE AX (rev. 1.0) ATX AM5 Motherboard

Ddr5: G.Skill Ripjaws S5 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-5600 CL28 Memory

Internal memory: Crucial T700 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 5.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive

GPU: Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 7600 8 GB Video Card

***or***

Msi mech Radeon rx 7600 8gb

Case: be quiet! Pure Base 500DX ATX Mid Tower Case

Your build works although 850W psu for that gpu is total overkill.  Four monitors is going to take up some room so I would look at 24" 1080P with a multi monitor VESA mount for your desk / table.  This monitor for example.

And the ideal card for that resolution is due for release a few weeks from now.

This should work out better for you. More gaming oriented cpu, better cpu cooler, and better gpu too.
