Weird RAM/GPU behavior

I'm having issues with my newly built computer:

Asus TUF X670E

DDR5 32GB 6000Mhz Corsair Vengeance RGB

Ryzen 7800X3D

RTX 2070

Masterwatt 750W

Everytime i boot my pc there's a 60% chance the DRAM led turns on and there's no display output, with stock settings (no overclock) and stock updated bios.

I recently brought the pc over to a tech support guy and he suggested taking out the GPU and checking, with the integrated graphics, if the pc would boot up normally.

Not only does the pc boot up EVERYTIME, but I was even able to use DOCP to overclock the ram and there are no issues or Bsods.

Now, the GPU was working flawlessly before taking it out and only had problems with the drivers circa 2 years ago but it seems really strange that the gpu was causing all this.

So, my theory is the PSU is not powerful enough to handle all the components.

Other parts in my pc include 6x 140mm Corsairs QL and a Corsair Elite Capellix h100i, 2 SSDs and a hard drive.

Could the 750W PSU be the problem?
