No. It's a pretty bad/misleading place to put it, but it's actually an image file that stores downloaded docker containers. It has nothing to do with RAM.

you can read it like this

 

Ram 34% from all of the ram Available in use. 10.2GB Ram in use

 

3% of that 34%(10.2GB) are used for flash storage 

 

1% of that 34%(10.2GB) are used for Logs

 

and 65%6.63GB of that 34%(10.2GB) are used by docker  6.63GB

 

the other 3.57GB could be VMs or is overhead by Unraid it selfe or Plugins at work and so on.
