Ram sometimes loads

Hello

I have recently made a pc and I have been having slight issues with it random blue screening sometimes only one ram stick gets registered on Windows 11 64bit but in bios it's fine I'm also running latest bios version F6d

Not sure what could be happening, sometimes icue gives me an error with my ram saying (ICUE has stopped receiving data from DRAM. Please restart or power cycle your system to fix this problem.) I've done so and no luck

Also having issue with Gigabyte control center sometimes it won't let me select fan speed it normally works perfectly no issues but sometimes ill start my pc and play a game and have low fps due to ram then ill check bios and till be fine I would have to restart a few times before it works like normal (Ram goes from 32GB to 16GB)

Specs i9 13900k, Gigabyte z790 DDR5 version, Gigabyte 4070TI, Vengeance DDR5 2x16GB, Samsung 970 EVO Plus & Samsung 970 EVO & 2x Kingston A400 , 1000 watt psu by corsair i dont remember the name
