CPU being goofy

my cpu was underperfornmainc in cinebench today [worse than screenshot below, had about 11.8k]

so i reaplied thermal paste and my temps are about 6 degrees worse

 

and cinebench is considerably worse

what can i do?

things ive tried:

 

reset cmos, and only enabled above 4g decoding and DOCP

reseat cpu

reaplied paste

 

turned on balanced settings

 

specs are in signature

Dont forget to mark as solution if your question is answered

Note: My advice is amateur help/beginner troubleshooting, someone else can probably troubleshoot way better than me.

CPU OC: -30 all cores @AutoGhz

GPU OC: 3Ghz Core 2750Mhz Memory w/ 25%W increase (460W)

If you didn't reapply your undervolt/CO you'll lose performance

And depending on where you are ambient may have risen significantly recently (+8C in France over 2 weeks)

i did put -30 on all cores

weird thing is i have worse performance in cinebench but better performance in games
