Try a local computer repair shop, they most likely have a bucket full of them.  Last summer I went into my local repair shop looking for the same exact screw and the guy behind the counter directed me to a shelf in the corner and told me to just help myself.  They had a five quart plastic bucket full of those screws so I just filled one of my pockets, told him many thanks and left the store.  Now I have my own five quart bucket full of computer screws of all sizes.

Take Care and Good Luck.

Replace all screws (2 or 4), not only one, it's dirt cheap, only thing that matters is threading

#6-32 is the most common one but id check to computer store too just to double check. This is why captive thumbscrews are such a godsend.

This.

I thought back in the day, pc cases eventually  had something that looked like a screw, but you pull on it. and it click. And that'd open side panels. Some of the mass ones had rails.

I have to give thermaltake eta all one thing: doors. A little frustrating to take off. Don't need screws though.
