Budget (including currency): USD$3500, but can go up to USD$4500 if necessary

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: This will mostly be used for gaming (CS:GO/CS2, Valorant, Hunt Showdown, CIV 6, Monster Hunter World, and Minecraft) however I do intend use it for video editing, recording, and streaming.

Other details:  I have been gaming on a laptop for roughly 8 years, most recently has been my Razer Blade 15 base model for the last 3.  I have been planning an extreme upgrade for the last 2 years that I finally have the time and finances for.  I have no parts currently, and plan on buying in the next 2 months.  I'm hoping to get a main monitor with 2560x1440 with 240Hz refresh and a secondary with 1920x1080 with 144Hz refresh. I have created a couple of builds using Pc part picker, but generally get confused when it comes to Sound Cards, Network Adapters, and Optical Drives.  Most of this confusion comes from inexperience, but I hope to find help here.  I will greatly appreciate everything and hope to respond to any other questions that may be asked. Thank you all.

Build this with a 4090 and a 13700kf for under $3500! You could probably put a 13600kf instead of the 13700kf.

My First PC
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Cooler: Asus TUF Gaming LC240
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B550-f gaming
RAM: 4x8 GB Corsair Vengeance RS (3200 MHz, CL16)

My apologies about not putting PC part picker link here the first time: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WpGB8r

Lotta bad/expensive/debatable choices (useless 16 cores CPU, overpriced 300 bucks AIO, useless 64GB RAM, expensive SSD, 4080 instead of 4090, PSU with no 12VHPWR cable...)

7000D case is really big, a 5000 will do as good

You don't need any sound card (board have an ALC codec), nor network adapter, nor optical drive (if really needed get an external one, 20 bucks)

Watercooling is more of an hassle than an advantage, both your CPU and GPU being cool on aircooling

For maximum perf get this (and a cheap W11 key), and it's $300 less !
