First Build (Need Help).

Budget (including currency): $2000 NZD give or take $100 excluding keyboard and monitor.

Country: New Zealand

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Assetto Corsa, Beamng, R6S, Skyrim and also solidworks as a engineering student. 

Other details: I currently have an Acer Aspire V15 Nitro Black Edition, which has kind of disappointed me, now I'm looking at upgrading and originally looked at another laptop my friend has guided me to building a pc, This is what I have come up with for my 3 weeks of pc knowledge.  I am also plan on getting the AOC 24" monitor and the Corsair k70 TKL keyboard, and I already own the razer mamba elite. Planning on buying within a week.

Any and all suggestions are helpful.

No because that RAM also supports XMP.
