Ram speed issue

System specs
-Ryzen 7 1700x
asrock x470 masters sli/ac
msi 2080S

I just got some vengeance LPX ddr4 3200mhz 2x8x2 ram and can't get it off of 1067mhz the task manager and NZXT cam says it's running that speed, I used XMP and manually changing the speed (I know nothing about overclocking or using the bios correctly)
