GPU RMA help

Bipu
Go to solution Solved by johnno23,

If you still have the box and your invoice then should not be a problem

if you are worried about static anti static bags are easy enough to acquire. Might even be able to get one from a local PC hardware store if you explain your need/

I would just start the RMA process as your GPU is under warranty.

I recently figured out I might have a dead gpu (its only been in use for 3 months :,) ) its a 6800xt and ive been experiencing bad frame timings and visual artifacts. I wanna rma it but I dont have the pcie plug cover or the anti static bag, would this be an issue when rma'ing (its an asrock card) or am i just overthinking
