Problem with my psu

I bought the antech atom b650, my computer parts are: 2xdds4 8 gb ram, 1xintel arc 750 graphics card, intel core i5-10400f cpu, 2xssd, prime h410m-k motherboard, 2xfans.

After i connected all of the power wires i turned on my pc, but it only starts the graphics card, the case fan and light, cpu fan, and the psu fan.

I'm not sure if the cpu is working, this might be the problem, i tried restarting the cmos battery but to no avail.

I decided to reconnect my old psu to see if the problem will be solved but it didn't work as well.
This is what i connected:

2x2 pins to my cpu power

The motherboard power cable

4 pins and 3 pins to the intel arc 750

2 ssd power cables

Case power using molex cable

I really need my pc to work, i have an assignment in2 days, any idea how to bring my pc to life?
