Artifact on POST

It’s been a series of issues and the biggest headache I've had with computers. So as soon as I press the power button on my pc, my monitor flashes purple once then for a 3 ish seconds it shows random colours and lines but always with a box in the middle like the linked picture then flashes green till windows boots. It’s also having other issues like not able to open games, 2000 PCI/PCI-E errors within 60 minutes in hwinfo, the motherboard temps are stuck on a set number one 26c and the other 32c, my wifi card stops connecting to wifi but Bluetooth still works and gives error 10 device doesn’t exist, and sometimes it doesn’t detect my ssd.

I’ve tried new hdmi cable, tried reinstalling windows 11 pro but it failed, reseating everything, clearing cmos, updating bios, updating windows, tried different usb headers, different drives, different gpu’s, updating all drivers, turning it off then on, cleaning all files, different monitors, running one monitor off integrated and the main on gpu, updating gpu bios, new thermal paste, new cooler, new fans, and stress testing overnight for it to crash.

 

specs: cpu i5 6600, mobo Asus H170M-E D3, SSD/HDD silicon power A60 1TB WD green cavalier  WD10EZRX 1TB WD blue WD10JPVX 1TB Toshiba MQ01ABF050H 500GB, GPU Biostar commander Rx 570 8GB, psu Thermaltake smart 700W non modular recently RMAed, Aio deepcool castle 120R newly RMAed, wifi card Asus AC55BT, fans Corsair sp120 pro and arctic F8, case Corsair carbide air 240.

For what reason in specific? Sounds like your board was damaged in the process of it being dead.

The psu was RMAed on my old system but it wasn’t giving enough power to the gpu. The aio wasn’t pumping anything but the case had good airflow.
