The 850W is more than enough capacity. In fact you would be fine with a 650W unit. Even if you contemplate an RTX 4090, 850W is still enough.

Pretty much. You just need to confirm that the case will accommodate the CPU cooler height (157mm) and GPU length (252mm / 263mm).
