stupid dogshit file explorer randomly started sorting my downloads folder as if it is for music and idk how to change it back to normal

the options for sorting show up as

does anyone know how to fix this?

Right-click the folder -> Properties

 

In the "Customize" tab, select "General items" under "Optimize this folder for".

From whichever folder you want to change, click on Home > Properties(click properties). there will be a popup. From there, Look for Customize> under the "Optimized this folder for:" Change it to general or documents. The "Also apply this template to all subfolders" is optional. Tick it if the subfolders are also affected. Then click OK. hope this helps.
