Blinking DRAM light, b550f+ryzen3600

Hi everyone, 

 

Having finally upgraded to something still old but alot newer than my current gear I've encountered an issue, once all was installed I found that the DRAM light was blinking on my motherboard, (obviously it also isnt 'POSTing'), the strange thing is that the fans also audibly lose power and kick straight back in when the DRAM light comes back on,

 

Steps I've attampted,

 

Cleared CMOS, via pins and battery,

Cleaned cpu slot and checked for damaged pins,

Cleaned ram sticks and slots

Used 6 different sticks of ram at different times in the manufactures instructed preferred slot.

Replaced power supply

 

Then it got even weirder, I then reinstalled all of my old system and the exact same fault occoured, which made me think power supply, after pulling in a spare psu nothing has changed, leading me to assume that the all of my ram must be dead, which would be an incredible coincidence 4 of the stick came from the system I'm upgrading, and the other 2 came from a completely different rig.
