Specific Game not launching

Hi there, 

 

I was booting up mu pc one day and for some random reason no call of duty's seem to launch on my pc anymore, I have tried everything suggested across the interent and even tried fully resetting, and reinstalling windows, It's weird because every other game works fine, just call of duty's

I assume through steam, do "repair game files"

It with 2 different cods on 2 different launchers, I have tried repairing game files on both and still no luck
