Just wondering if this is a good list of parts for a gaming pc on a roughly $1,100 budget. Also open to any suggestions.

Hi... I was able to fit a 13th Gen i5 into this by switching some things around. The build will now be up to date and I know you will be very happy with it. I went with a different Case to lower costs a bit and in doing do I was able to put in the 13400f and 6 ARGB Fans for the Case that are all the same Brand "ID-Cooling". They are a very nice budget option that doesn't lack in performance. So remove any fans the Case comes with and replace them with the 6 pack, 3 in front, 2 on top and 1 in the rear. The Fans comes with a tiny remote to change the Colors and Design of the RGB so that you don't need any Software to run them.

I have been building PCs for 30 years so if you have any questions please ask me. Also if you like this build I have for you please mark it as the Solution. Happy Building!!!

Your list had 3 different RGB fans, so I swapped things around to make them match & keep it to one software. The 6750 XT on my list may run a few degrees warmer from being slightly smaller, but still nothing to worry about. Finally, swapping to a cheaper SSD allowed me to fit in a nice little CPU upgrade to balance things out.
