Need help figuring out the lag

Hi there.

So I finally build the PC 4 weeks ago, it's a pretty beafy setup. Playing Rust for the first time again and I have those freezes and stutters, FPS drops, it's god damn annoying and I don't know why I have them.

Setup:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 3.4 GHz 8-Core Processor

Motherboard: MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory
Storage: Samsung 980 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
Storage: Seagate Barracuda Compute 4 TB 3.5" 5400 RPM Internal Hard Drive

Constantly on 100 FPS when not lagging and then those random freezes (73 FPS showing) and stuff like that. I just don't want any stutters and it's annoying with such a setup...
