ROGstrix b450 mobo led blinking orange (not RAM issue?)

skyydragonn

This has been an ongoing issue for months. To date I've not found the culprit. It seems like  the rear I/O port just dies. first screens, mouse and keyboard go dark then monitors disconnect (No signal) before the system crashes with mobo LED blinking orange. I at first thought it was the Mobo so swapped that out (months ago) same issue. Next I tried swapping in new RAM (yesterday) same issue. I've tested the PSU with a voltmeter and no discernable issues with voltages. Though unable to test under load. I'm also going to replace the 5700 with a 6750. The  PSU and GPU are the last two hardware components that could possibly be the cause. Outside of that...I'm stumped.

Radeon sapphire RX 5700 XT (stock clocks slight undervolt)
