Power bank compatibility

Hi,

 

I saw the Intocircuit® PC26000 power bank and I would like to use it with my laptop, my phone, my tablet, my MP3 player... The main problem is my laptop. It's a Dell Vostro 3700. Here is what I found on the charger of the laptop :

 

INPUT : AC 100-240v ~ 1.5A (1.5A)
OUTPUT : DC 19.5V (19.5V) = 4.62 A (4.62A)

 

On the power bank web page, it says :

 

19V Voltage Compatible With most laptops up to 65w(19V 3.42A)

 

So I see that the numbers on the charger are a bit higher but I'd like to know if it will be compatible (with a lower performance or something like that) and otherwise if you know product of this kind that will be compatible.
