The rx 6600 non XT recommends a 450w so you are good, the XT requires a 500w so technicaly you are good there as well.  I would maybe go with the 6600 non XT just to not push the PSU too hard considering what type of PSU it is.

Your psu is completely fine, apparently might not have ocp but a 6600xt dont draw that much anyways (emphasis on might)

Full system spec? thats what determines if the psu is enough or not

Time and time again i see tierlists misleading ppl into overpaying for shit that doesnt affect anything irl (corsair rmx over rm/rme) and then labelling perfectly good psus (ones without a large amount of user reported failiures aka random death/explosions, generally reliable) like yours on tier E of all things on the grounds of not being able to prove if ocp exists like ffs its a bronze unit theyre not even that expensive go test this shit before just marking it avoid

please dont fall for this shit and just stick with your psu till you actually need to upgrade

Source : proud owner of 3 random brand psus ALL used units bought for under 20$, previously used shit oem psus that had issues with volt regulation but never ever any catastrophic failiures, then switched to better psus no more volt regulation issues, most recently a 700w 80+ tundra (effective 648w cause 12v = 54a) that ive put in an x58 system and running absolutely fine with no issues. A 550w 80+ bronze cwt (effective 504w, 12v = 42a) which i previously powered the x58 system with but needed a more efficient and higher wattage replacement for my testbench psu which is a 12 year old dazumba 450w (efective 360w, 12v = 30a) which ive owned for about 2 years now and still going strong but wattage getting abit too small cause stressing it with x58 causes it to shutdown so its now just a backup

Yeah then dont force it. the S12-3 only issue according to cultist.network is the lack of full suite of protection that they require for higher rank, as long as the grid is stable you should be fine except in the fringe phenomenon that happened.

Can you verify that its a psu problem?

Teirlists are garbage and are not to be used for anything aside from a vague reference and for reporting known issues (valid ones like reliability problems, not bullshit assumptions like on your particular psu model)

still though what country? And what website you wanna buy off?

The fsp psu seems to suggest somewhere in asia considering here in indo i can find that particular psu for sale

In that case

Random ~500w 80+ white/bronze psu (~150rb)

Rex iii 700w (240rb)

Enermax revolution duo 700w gold (520rb)

Andyson px 1200w platinum (750rb)

All quality units ranging from 150rb to 750rb, all far far superior and alot more trustable compared to what you can get new

For the random psus youll wanna look for any 500w psu pure/korea psu listing and specifically ask for "psu yang single rail 12v dan rating 80+", thats how i got my cwt 550w 80+ bronze for 180rb

My pick would either be the rex iii and the andyson px, both high quality units verified by both 12v rail rating being equal to psu rating alongside reviews + customer reports. If you are curious that andyson px 1200w is listed as tier b on the cultists psu tierlist as irrelevant as that thing usually is
