Yes, your motherboard has an M.2 slot. Best practice is usually to consult your motherboard's manual for the installation procedure.

 

It's not difficult, but some boards can be different, especially when heat spreaders are involved.

That board has an M.2 key and will work fine with the Samsung SSD you listed.
