Revolut genuine payments

Hi! So I was wondering what counts as a genuine purchase in the Revolut referral program(you know those 3 purchases you have to make so your friend gets their reward)? It says Card Transactions to payment and currency exchange service providers do not count. But what does that mean? If I buy an item online or at a store it will count right? Also what if I buy a game from the Google Play store for example?

It counts purchases in stores and online. Money transfers aren't purchases as such. Pretty much anything you'd use a card for. Just like any other card.

OK thanks! So if I purchase multiple things on one purchase it counts right? Like it doesn't have to be 3 separate things at value X amount of bucks or higher, but 3 purchases. So if A+B=X amount of value(so two things) it still counts right?

No. A single payment is one purchase. You have to make 3 payments. For example, bread in a bakery, coffee in a Starbucks and a Subway sandwich.

yeah but I mean if I buy five things as one purchase it still counts but as one purchase

So you need 3 separate purchases. Or more. It can be 50 items, it doesn't matter.
