Green light no display

Specs
-ryzen 5 3600x
-2060 super
-128 ram
-x570 tuf motherboard 

Turned off the computer yesterday came back today turned it on everything worked but no display it was the white vga light on. It only goes vga white light when I use a display port but not a hdmi, when I use hdmi it goes to green boot light but no display — 

I’ve tired the ram
Taking gpu out
Making sure cables are connected 
Resetting the cmos (battery and screwdriver)

Now I don’t know what else to do I’ve been looking online for everything but I can’t find a solution.
