already replaced cmos battery since i figured it was dead cuz it has been 5yrs since I last replaced it, still won't turn on. Monitor lights up, keyboard lights up, it just wont turn on when I press the power button. 

Ryzen 3200g

8gb ram

450w psu 

120gb ssd

240gb ssd

Try jumping it with a screwdriver to eliminate the possibility that the cases power button stopped working.

Maybe try actually doing it first. If youre struggling to find it refer to the manual on where the front IO pins are located, and then count the rows and columns of pins to where the negative and positive of the power pins are. You dont need to worry about the polarity, its basically a single short micro spark.

I only removed the power pin tho do I have to remove all front panel pins?

No, only the two pins the power button plug was going to matters for starting it. 

Also be sure you have the plug on the correct pins, should be the ones indicated for "Power".

BTW exactly what board are you using?

yep i only removed and touch those with the screw, i think this is the gigabyte a320m-h

doubt it. that would mean there would be no life at all. try disconnecting everything that is not unessasary like fans ect
