Windows 11 Pro 64

Aorus Z790 Elite Mobo (Manual)

Deepcool 720 AIO

Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO Mid-Tower Case

Lian Li SL Infinity Trio (3 pack with Controller)

Ive got a 3 pack of the infinity fans as an exhaust currently and I cant get them to turn on.  Ive got the USB C cable running to the USB 1 slot on the motherboard. Both power cables are hooked up correctly on the controller.  Yet, I cant get them to turn on or even light up.   Oddly enough, I can get the "L Connect 3" software to recognize that they are the Infinity fans - Ive updated their firmware and all.  But .. nothing I do seems to work.

Just a wild guess is that I have them turned off somehow?  But it seems like they would have been on by default when I turned the PC on for the first time.

Listed out any other competing RGB/fan use with the specs above.  Hopefully someone knows why they just seem dead to the world right now.

try going in your bios and turning the fans on the bios. thats really all it could be or maybe have the rgb hooked up to the controller and the others to the motherboard it self.
