RAM orange LED (and probably) CPU red LED randomly showing up

Hello.

The following link will explain the issue I faced :

 

 

After trying everything there and having replaced the given motherboard (in the linked topic) with a new one (MSI MAG Z590 TOMAHAWK WIFI), the issue still occurs randomly (sometimes it'll work fine, most of the times the PC can't boot).

 

I don't know what to do anymore, and I am kinda loosing patience.

I suppose the issue would be the CPU ? Which is weird since I had for 2 years and it worked perfectly fine, before this issue showed up.

 

If anyone can help me fix that if there's a fix, that would be very very kind and helpful (please help a fella that had gaming taken from him for 3 months now ;') )
