GPU upgrade from RX 570

I just purchased a Ryzen 7 5700x and I want to now figure out what GPU I need to start saving up for

 

Build :

cpu : Ryzen 7 5700X

Gpu : RX 570 4GB (current)

Mobo : MSI B450 Tomahawk

Ram : 2x 8GB DDR4 3200MHZ

 

Could you recommend me upgrades from different price points as I'm not sure if I should get something the price of the RTX gpus or RX 6600 or buy a used one which I've never done before

 

All I need it for is 60fps 1080p AAA gaming at high or ultra settings and 144fps for competitive titles like shooters  , CS2, Apex Legends, Warzone

6700xt is a great starting point

It can barely handle the worst optimized game the last of us 1080p 60fps in very demanding area

Yeah it really depends how much you wanna spend.  A 5700xt (ever so slightly faster than the 6600) would roughly double your framerate in pretty much everything, and a 6700xt would more than triple it. 

 

The 5700xts are like $150 on eBay, the 6700xts are going as low as $260 on eBay.  If the GPU shows up dead or fucked up you get your money back.  If it works, it works.
