After series x was dropped ill get ocasionally get lots of screwn tearing

My ethernet cable was yanked and my series x fell 3 feet from a wooden desk to a carpet on its face. After this every 5 minutes ill get a bunch of screen tearing on the bottom half but the top half stays fine. Ive already unplugged and plugged it back in and factory resst it with no luck. Any way to fix? Ive seen it in r6s and the homescreen which is the only game i play
