IREE support on AMD GPUs

i want to run Stable Diffusion on my pc and i saw that if i dont have Nvidia or Intel GPU i need a replacement for the cuda cores.
some places asked me to use a special version of driver 22.11.1
but i found this driver which is 23.1.2 that is a normal release and not forked.
i was wondering if all subsequent releases have this feature (i currently have 23.4.3) or do i have to downgrade my driver?
