This is what I've come up with but I need help. go with a 750watt psu

cpu do 5600x ryzen 7 (8cores)

what resolution will you game at? if its 1080p, id suggest going with a regular 6700xt since 8gb isnt enough to recomend anymore.

get a rog stric b550-f gaming or a b550 chipset motherboard of your choice

At 1080p there is only like a 5-10 fps difference between the 6700xt and the 6750xt. I would go with a 6700xt.

My First PC
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Cooler: Asus TUF Gaming LC240
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B550-f gaming
RAM: 4x8 GB Corsair Vengeance RS (3200 MHz, CL16)
Storage: 1tb Samsung 980 Pro
Graphics Card: Asus Dual RTX 2060 OC
Case: Deepcool Matrexx 50
Power Supply: Corsair RM650x
Headset: Razer Blackshark V2
Keyboard: Corsair K70 Pro Mini (Speed Silver switches)
Mouse: Razer Viper Mini
Only changes I have made is I sold the 2060 for $235 AUD and bought a Powercolor Red Devil 6700 XT for $400 second hand (it was barely used, think I scored a deal on Ebay with that).

I love Photography (Using a Canon 60D)

Love F1, my favourite team is Ferrari and my favourite driver is Leclerc

I would go with this coming in at 923 dollars. It has a ryzen 5 5600 which is all you need for gaming, 32gb of ram and a 6700xt which I mentioned above has only like 5-10 fps difference at 1080p. Im assuing you want to play at 1080p. Is this correct? Also a cheaper but faster ssd, you had selected a gen 3 ssd in my list is a gen 4 one.

Nope, you are right. 1080p.  Ohh, lemme look.

For 1080p id definitely get a neck better CPU. And its not like we're losing a lot by going back to 6700XT, 6750XT specification changes are only on its clock speed which you can quickly change in Radeon Adrenalin software.

Power supply is a bit overkill, so you could save money there

You could also go with a gen 3 nvme instead
