Windows corupted when update, restoring settings

Hi everybody, after Windows update when notebook was starting blue screen *img1 (in Czech language)

(your PC needs reparing

device cant be connected or is not available

Error code 0xc0000225

Recovery usb drive will be needed if you dont have it contact your seller)

shows up. Pretty much every personal data were backed up on external drive so there is no need for that. But there were hours put into fidling with Windows setting so it behaves just as the owner wants to, like setting up Night light, colour scheme, changin wallpaper and stuff, (i will try to get back on that with more info about what exactlly, will have to talk about that with the owner). After launching Ubuntu from usb drive and checking the notebook storage this  shows up, *img2+3+4 is there any chance that those setting are on one of the non corupted partitions or restoring windows setting as they were from those corupted partitions?

I dont think system restore points were made we are talking Win10 wich dont have it enabled by default if im correct, but if by miracle they were where would i find them?

Also im now cloning the corupted drive to spare external drive with clonezilla, so i have what to play with when trying to repair it. At one point Clonezilla asks if you want to check and repair source file system, could that be something that would help? Anybody know what it does?

Best just to clone. After you can repair. You got a windows installation media? Select windows 10 media: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Run media creation tool on another windows PC. You need a usb stick of 8gb or more.

Boot from the USB.

Insert your Windows 10 installation media (USB) and boot your computer from it. Select your language preferences, and then click "Next".

Click "Repair your computer" at the bottom left corner.

Choose "startup repair"
