NAS connections

Hi

Decided to do a clean install of windows 10. Now i can not move files to the nas and have tried everything i could find. It always give me a pop up with the warning  (Destination folder access denied. you need permission to perform this action. I have a synology 920+ and there is plenty of free space with 5 TB still free. please help i have tried for two day and same message always the same.
