Hey I have massive problem with stuttering on my Windows desktop which I built myself. The Stuttering is most noticeable in minecraft vanilla, and modded but happens everywhere. My Pc specs are: Ryzen 7 3700x, RTX 2080 Super from Asus, B550 Motherboard from Asus, 750W Sea sonic Power supply, 32gb Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB ram and a Samsung NVMe boot SSD + more storage.

This stuttering is making games unenjoyable and I really need help. I tried all kinds of stutter fixing tutorials on YouTube, even reset my Bios and Windows, but nothing has helped. None of the parts I am using are second hand, I bought them all from Amazon.

Edit: I am thinking of upgrading my entire PC because of this and would like to ask if buying a used RTX 3090 would be better than a new 4070ti. Also, I forgot to mention that the stutter happens every time something loads, like for example the chunks in minecraft or a menu in Skyrim.

what samsung ssd do you have if it is the 980 pro update the firmware because that drive is known to try and commit suicide (killing itself)

I hit 700W on an i5 with a NHD15

Also I'm 14 so please just confirm anything I say with someone more experienced

If you're running a mechanical disk drive in the system, try the system with them unplugged. Might be getting interrupt signals from the HDD that're causing issues regardless of if you're consciously using it in the moment.
